About Us
The Nehemiah House was started in 1996 to provide a Christian family type ministry for female victims of sexual abuse, abandonment, street children and maltreatment. These girls are ages 7-18 years old.
The Nehemiah House provides 24 hour live-in care, bible study and spiritual development studies along with education assistance.
Our vision is to see these girls grow in the knowledge of Jesus Christ and see Him rebuild their lives. To provide future and a hope for them.
Nehemiah 2:17 Then I said to them, "You see the trouble we are in Jerusalem lies in ruins, and its gates have been burned with fire. Come, let us rebuild the wall of Jerusalem, and we will no longer be in disgrace. "(NIV)
The enemy was able to come in and attempt to destroy and disgrace these children but, God has given them a chance to rebuild their lives and take back what the enemy has stolen from them.
